Today we took advantage of the November sunshine! Intentionally listened to church service on our way up to hike in the valley. Used the message from today to inspire the conversation on the trail. Being together- making time to talk about gratitude. Discussed how important it is to understand the concept of – if you want a Savior, you must first make Him Lord of your life.
Hiking with teenagers isn’t always just smiles and rainbows- they have a time limit, they might seem like they aren’t interested, but they do hear you. They see your heart. Speak into them, allow them time to process your words, give them opportunities to talk, let them open up their hearts in their time.
